  • Coordinate and maintain Store Leader’s calendar for meetings and interviews
  • Support new hire onboarding processes and documentation
  • Organize and manage store supplies and inventory for daily operations
  • Notify managers promptly of emergencies or associate callouts
  • Facilitate smooth daily operations for warehouse and retail teams
  • Maintain welcoming environment for associates and visitors
  • Assist Talent Partners with recruitment logistics and scheduling

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
