Key to Wayfair's supply chain success, recruiters act as strategic partners, managing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for warehouse associates, logistics coordinators, and operations entry-level positions. The role demands hyper-focus on candidate experience, leveraging innovative strategies to attract top graduates into roles critical to fulfillment and delivery operations. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with warehouse, logistics, and operations leaders to identify entry-level talent needs
• Source, attract, and screen candidates for fulfillment center, supply chain, and operations roles
• Manage full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume early career hires in logistics
• Conduct interviews and assessments focused on performance, potential, and cultural fit for operations teams
• Build sourcing strategies for warehouse associate and logistics entry-level positions
• Collaborate with Campus & Early Careers team to deliver impeccable candidate experience
• Track hiring metrics and optimize processes for Wayfair's supply chain growth
• Engage with university career fairs targeting logistics and operations students
• Ensure diverse slate of candidates for all entry-level warehouse and fulfillment roles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• 1-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in early careers or campus recruiting
• Experience sourcing and hiring entry-level talent across warehouse, logistics, and operations roles
• Strong understanding of high-volume hiring for supply chain and fulfillment center positions
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environment like Wayfair's logistics operations
• Excellent organizational skills for managing candidate pipelines in operations hiring
• Availability for full-time on-site work Monday-Thursday in Boston, with WFH Fridays
• Passion for building diverse talent pipelines for warehouse and logistics entry-level roles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for warehouse associate, logistics coordinator, or operations roles at Wayfair or similar
• Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools for high-volume logistics hiring
• Knowledge of early career programs in supply chain and fulfillment operations
