Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
  • 1-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in early careers or campus recruiting
  • Experience sourcing and hiring entry-level talent across warehouse, logistics, and operations roles
  • Strong understanding of high-volume hiring for supply chain and fulfillment center positions
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environment like Wayfair's logistics operations
