Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars for Curations, Brands & Stores senior leaders
  • Coordinate seamless domestic and international travel logistics
  • Partner on cross-functional projects involving warehouse operations
  • Handle logistics for store and brand events and launches
  • Support supply chain coordination and vendor management
  • Prepare materials for leadership meetings on inventory and fulfillment
  • Anticipate operational needs and proactively resolve issues
  • Facilitate communication between HQ, warehouses, and stores
  • Track and report on key logistics metrics and performance

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of executive support experience in fast-paced environments
  • Proven ability to manage complex global calendars
  • Strong organizational skills for coordinating travel and logistics
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in operations or retail teams
  • Proficiency in warehouse and supply chain coordination tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Experience in e-commerce logistics or home goods supply chain
  • Background supporting C-level executives in retail operations
