Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload furniture and home goods in Wayfair's asset-based warehouses
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders to maintain high delivery standards
• Operate warehouse equipment safely to support logistics network efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to improve order accuracy and speed
• Inspect items for damage reduction and quality control
• Assist in inventory management and cycle counts
• Adhere to shift schedules, including 4-hour flex shifts

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Able to work flexible 4-hour shifts
• Physically capable of standing, lifting, and moving for extended periods
