Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and monitor stock levels in the warehouse area
• Receive and process incoming merchandise for storage
• Ensure items are properly stored and easily located for sales floor replenishment
• Provide coaching and support to Operations/Visual Associates
• Support allocated workload efforts as directed by Store Leader
• Maintain organized backroom logistics for efficient replenishment
• Process merchandise to support in-store inventory flow
• Monitor stock to prevent shortages on sales floor

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise for stock management
• Experience in warehouse stock handling and replenishment
• Proficiency in inventory monitoring and control
