Key Responsibilities

• Create daily operating plans for the warehouse site and resolve variances between plan, actuals, and goals
• Build planning cadences aligned with Site Director and network priorities
• Monitor plans and in-process backlogs to assess impacts on future staffing and planning
• Provide input to strategic shift planning based on mid-to-long-term volume projections
• Coordinate with local site operations and central planning teams to analyze historical data
• Ensure accurate, timely, and cost-efficient processing of customer orders
• Achieve site-specific staffing and performance goals across the Fulfillment Network
• Optimize workforce allocation to support perfect order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse labor planning or workforce management
• Proven ability to create and manage daily operating plans in a fulfillment center
• Experience resolving variances between planned and actual performance metrics
• Strong understanding of warehouse staffing models and volume forecasting
• Familiarity with fulfillment network operations and site-specific goals
• Ability to collaborate with site directors and central planning teams

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years in logistics or e-commerce warehouse operations
• Experience with Wayfair's Fulfillment Network or similar high-volume DC
• Advanced proficiency in labor planning software (e.g., Manhattan, SAP)
