Wayfair's Perigold luxury home division is launching its inaugural physical retail stores in West Palm Beach, Florida—pioneering 20-30K square foot destinations showcasing premium furniture, decor, housewares, and home improvement products from across the catalog. The Luxury Greeter/Store Host (Guest Host) role is a full-time position in the Physical Retail In-Store department, offering a base pay of $20.00 per hour. Reporting to the Assistant Store Manager, Guest Experience, and integrated with the global Asset Protection team, this operations-focused position emphasizes warehouse-adjacent retail logistics by ensuring seamless guest flow, inventory visibility, and secure store operations in a high-end environment. Key to store success, the Guest Host serves as the welcoming frontline, introducing guests to luxury offerings while vigilantly scanning for safety, security, and operational risks that could impact logistics like product handling and store layout integrity. Ideal for a collaborative 'people-person' with diligence, this role bridges customer experience and asset protection, supporting Wayfair's physical retail expansion with proactive oversight of entry points, guest navigation, and potential disruptions to inventory and supply chain visibility in these flagship locations.
