Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance supervision within a warehouse or logistics environment
• Proven track record in training and developing multi-skilled engineering teams

• Background in managing budgets for maintenance departments
• Expertise in inventory control for critical spares and equipment
• Relevant technical qualifications in engineering or maintenance (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Experience with new equipment installation and troubleshooting in high-volume warehouses
