  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data from sales and logistics systems
  • Collaborate with Technology, Marketing, and Finance on inventory and delivery strategies
  • Accelerate program goals for efficient order fulfillment and customer experience
  • Provide senior leaders with insights on sales efficiency and logistics bottlenecks
  • Enhance overall customer experience through streamlined warehouse operations
  • Develop strategies for global sales revenue in coordination with supply chain teams
  • Monitor and report on key metrics for sales and logistics performance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or logistics operations
  • Proven track record in warehouse and supply chain optimization
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in operations strategy
  • Strong background in sales efficiency and process improvement within e-commerce logistics
  • Familiarity with Wayfair's supply chain and fulfillment operations
