About the Role

Wayfair is seeking a Manager, Safety & Security Intelligence to oversee security operations at our India Technology Development Center (TDC), a key hub supporting warehouse, logistics, and global supply chain activities. This role within the Finance & Legal department involves managing contracted security staff, leading incident monitoring and response, and owning the comprehensive safety and security program for the TDC. The position plays a critical role in protecting Wayfair’s people, assets, and operations amid the fast-paced demands of e-commerce fulfillment and international logistics. The ideal candidate will support global initiatives by gathering and sharing intelligence for events, investigations, and ongoing monitoring, ensuring seamless protection across Wayfair's warehouse network and technology operations. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee contracted security staff at India Technology Development Center supporting warehouse ops
• Lead incident monitoring, response, and investigations for logistics safety
• Own the India TDC safety and security program aligned with global standards
• Protect Wayfair’s people, assets, and operations in fast-paced logistics environment
• Support international events with security intelligence for supply chain events
• Gather and share critical information to mitigate risks in warehouse and fulfillment
• Collaborate with Finance & Legal on compliance for operations security
• Drive enterprise-wide safety initiatives impacting global logistics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in security management, criminology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in corporate security or safety operations
• Proven track record managing contracted security teams in logistics or tech environments
• Experience leading incident response and monitoring in high-volume operations
• Knowledge of India-specific safety regulations for warehouses and technology centers
• Ability to handle investigations and international event security
• Strong understanding of supply chain security risks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce or logistics security at scale
• Certifications in security management (e.g., CPP, ASIS)
• Familiarity with Wayfair's global operations and TDC logistics
• Background in enterprise risk management for warehouses
