About the Role

Wayfair is seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager - Paid Media (YouTube) to lead the strategy and execution of YouTube marketing initiatives from their Boston, Massachusetts office in the Marketing Strategy & Analytics department. This role involves managing a high-performing team to shape full-funnel media strategies, oversee multi-million dollar campaigns aimed at building brand awareness, generating demand, and capturing high-intent customers, while measuring performance and driving innovation through data insights. The position requires close collaboration with Google and internal teams in creative, marketing technology, and market operations to optimize paid media efforts that indirectly support Wayfair's warehouse and logistics operations by boosting customer demand and inventory turnover. Focusing on warehouse, logistics, and operations specifics for Wayfair, this role contributes to supply chain efficiency by leveraging YouTube campaigns to forecast demand, reduce stockouts in fulfillment centers, and enhance last-mile delivery planning through increased high-intent traffic. The manager will use analytics to align marketing performance with operational KPIs such as order volume, fulfillment speed, and returns processing, ensuring paid media investments translate to streamlined logistics across Wayfair's network of distribution centers. This position does not qualify for work visa sponsorship including F1-OPT, H-1B, or similar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive strategy and execution of YouTube marketing channel
  • Manage high-performing team focused on media strategies
  • Develop and execute full-funnel media strategies for brand awareness and demand generation
  • Measure and report on campaign performance across multi-million dollar budgets
  • Leverage insights to drive continuous innovation in paid media
  • Capture high-intent customers through targeted YouTube campaigns
  • Partner with Google external stakeholders and internal creative/marketing tech teams
  • Optimize campaigns to support Wayfair's supply chain demand forecasting

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media analytics, with focus on YouTube/Google Ads
  • Proven track record managing multi-million dollar marketing campaigns
  • Experience leading and managing high-performing teams
  • Strong expertise in full-funnel media strategy development and execution
  • Proficiency in performance measurement and reporting tools
  • Ability to partner with external stakeholders like Google and internal teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or related field
