About the Role

Wayfair’s Operations organization is revolutionizing the customer experience through the development of a proprietary logistics network and optimization platform that manages the end-to-end supply chain, from overseas production to the customer’s front door. The Operations Analyst Intern will play a key role in this mission, working directly with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to drive new levels of efficiency in warehouse operations, fulfillment, and delivery logistics. This Boston-based summer 2026 internship (June 1 - August 7) offers hands-on experience in analyzing and optimizing Wayfair's supply chain infrastructure. Interns will support critical logistics projects, including performance analysis of warehouse networks, vendor coordination, and platform enhancements to streamline operations. With a hybrid schedule of 4 days in-office (Monday-Thursday) and 1 remote day (Friday), participants will gain exposure to real-world supply chain challenges and innovative solutions in a dynamic e-commerce environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing Wayfair's proprietary logistics network and optimization platform

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program
• Available for full-time internship from June 1 to August 7, 2026
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship (no STEM OPT EAD, H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, O-1, J-1, or TN visas)
• Ability to commit to 4 days in-office (Monday-Thursday) in Boston, MA with 1 remote day (Friday)
• Strong analytical skills for supply chain and logistics optimization
• Interest in warehouse operations and proprietary logistics networks
• Basic understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior coursework or experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management
• Familiarity with data analysis tools for logistics performance metrics
