About the Role

Wayfair’s Operations organization is revolutionizing the customer experience through the development of a proprietary logistics network and optimization platform that manages the end-to-end supply chain, from overseas production to the customer’s front door. The Operations Associate Intern - Summer 2026 role offers hands-on involvement in warehouse, logistics, and supply chain initiatives in Boston, MA, with a hybrid schedule of 4 days in-office (Monday-Thursday) and 1 remote day (Friday). Running from June 1 to August 7, 2026, this paid internship at $25 per hour targets top candidates with strong business acumen and a passion for tackling complex logistics challenges. Interns will support the optimization of Wayfair's proprietary platform handling warehouse fulfillment, inventory management, distribution, and last-mile delivery. Responsibilities include analyzing supply chain bottlenecks, contributing to process improvements, and collaborating on initiatives that enhance operational efficiency across the logistics network. This role provides exposure to real-world operations in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, ideal for students eager to build expertise in warehouse operations and logistics innovation. Wayfair does not sponsor work visas for this position, requiring candidates to be authorized to work in the US without need for STEM OPT EAD, H-1B, or similar. Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program with availability for Summer 2026 (June 1 - August 7)
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship (no STEM OPT EAD, H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, O-1, J-1, or TN visas)
• Strong business acumen
• Appetite for solving challenging business problems
• Ability to commit to 4 days in office (Monday-Thursday) in Boston, MA with 1 remote day (Friday)
• Interest in supply chain and logistics operations
• Analytical mindset for optimizing logistics networks
