Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
• Lead and develop a team of associates in a fast-paced distribution environment
• Optimize logistics processes to speed up deliveries and enhance customer satisfaction
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations efficiency
• Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance in the warehouse facility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution center operations management
• Proven track record in managing high-volume logistics and fulfillment operations
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced warehouse environments
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control
• Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction metrics
• Experience with safety compliance and OSHA standards in logistics facilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce or furniture/home goods logistics
• Lean Six Sigma certification or process improvement expertise
