Compensation includes a competitive starting wage of $23.75 per hour, plus a $400 Peak Performance Bonus for meeting attendance and performance criteria. Key Responsibilities

• Operate Order Pickers (Cherry Picker) and Reach Trucks to locate and pick orders
• Use scanning equipment technology to process orders accurately
• Navigate Warehouse Management System to manage order fulfillment
• Proactively monitor order management systems for real-time updates
• Ensure all orders are picked efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Maintain safety standards while operating warehouse equipment
• Meet attendance and performance requirements during peak season (Oct 19-Dec 13)
• Collaborate with team to handle peak season order volume

Required Qualifications

• Ability to operate Order Pickers (Cherry Picker) and Reach Trucks safely
• Proficiency in using scanning equipment and Warehouse Management Systems
• Successful attendance throughout the peak season (Oct 19-Dec 13)
• Strong performance during peak period for bonus eligibility
• Physical ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Availability for 10-hour shifts (6am-4:30pm or 5pm-1:30am)
• Commitment to seasonal peak operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience operating Cherry Pickers or Reach Trucks
• Experience in high-volume order picking during peak seasons
