About the Role

This role focuses on optimizing supply chain categories for warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficient inventory flow from suppliers to UK fulfillment centers. The position involves strategic sourcing, vendor management, and data-driven decisions to support Wayfair's e-commerce growth in the home goods sector, with a hybrid schedule of Monday-Thursday in office (EC1V 7LQ) and Friday remote. Key responsibilities include analyzing category performance, forecasting demand to minimize warehouse stockouts, negotiating with logistics partners, and collaborating with operations teams to enhance distribution efficiency. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in category management, procurement, or supply chain operations
• Experience managing vendor relationships in warehouse and logistics contexts
• Strong understanding of inventory management and demand forecasting for home goods
• Proficiency in data analysis tools for logistics optimization
• Knowledge of UK warehousing regulations and supply chain compliance
• Experience with e-commerce operations and fulfillment center coordination

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management
• Prior experience at Wayfair or similar e-commerce logistics firm
