About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a small team of associates providing supplier support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in supplier management or partner support within e-commerce or logistics
• Proven experience managing small teams in operations or support roles
• Strong analytical skills for handling supplier data and performance metrics
• Experience in global supply chain operations, preferably in warehouse fulfillment or inventory management
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
• Ability to drive logistics initiatives with cross-functional partners
