Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Merchandising, Operations, and Inventory Management to optimize store assortments
  • Develop and execute allocation strategies to ensure product availability in Wayfair physical retail stores
  • Analyze sales and inventory data to forecast demand and plan warehouse replenishments
  • Maximize in-store customer experience through enticing product selections and stock levels
  • Collaborate on logistics workflows to support expanding fleet of brick-and-mortar stores
  • Monitor store performance metrics and adjust planning to drive sales
  • Work cross-functionally to integrate online and physical retail inventory operations
  • Support operations in achieving high product availability and turnover
  • Contribute to creating differentiated retail experiences via catalog depth in stores

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in retail planning, allocation, or inventory management
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and store replenishment processes
  • Experience partnering with merchandising and operations teams in a retail environment
  • Proficiency in demand forecasting and assortment planning for physical stores
  • Knowledge of inventory allocation systems and logistics workflows
  • Ability to analyze store performance data to optimize stock levels
  • Full-time availability with in-office requirement (Mon-Thu in Boston)
