Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Merchandising, Operations, and Inventory Management to maximize in-store customer experience
• Develop and execute planning strategies for physical retail stores
• Analyze and optimize product allocation across expanding store fleet
• Drive inventory availability and assortment enticingness in brick-and-mortar locations
• Forecast demand and manage stock levels for warehouse-to-store logistics
• Collaborate on creating differentiated retail experiences showcasing catalog breadth
• Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics for retail operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in retail planning, allocation, or inventory management
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics workflows
• Experience partnering with merchandising, operations, and inventory teams
• Proficiency in demand forecasting and assortment planning
• Ability to analyze inventory availability for physical retail stores
• Full-time availability for 40 hours/week with Monday-Thursday in-office requirement
• Experience in brick-and-mortar retail supply chain optimization
