Wayfair's Perigold brand is launching its inaugural physical retail stores in Houston, TX—pioneering 20-30K square foot luxury destinations showcasing the finest furniture, decor, housewares, and home improvement products from across the catalog. The Senior Designer (Retail Design Consultant) role is a full-time position in the Physical Retail In-Store department, focusing on warehouse-to-retail operations by bridging logistics with customer-facing design services. Key Responsibilities

• Work with Trade and Consumer clients to provide design consultations
• Maintain luxury experience standards in 20-30K sq ft retail stores
• Deliver authentic, inviting guest experiences focused on customer satisfaction
• Collaborate on in-store product displays from Wayfair's catalog
• Support store operations for furniture, decor, and housewares

Required Qualifications
