About the Role

Wayfair's Perigold is launching its first physical luxury retail stores in Houston, TX, spanning 20-30K square feet and featuring top products from furniture, decor, housewares, and home improvement categories. The Senior Designer role, operating as a Retail Design Consultant in the Physical Retail In-Store department, focuses on warehouse-adjacent operations by supporting in-store product logistics, display, and client fulfillment for high-volume luxury inventory. This full-time position offers a base of $25.50/hour plus substantial quarterly bonuses and uncapped commissions tied to sales and prospecting success. Designers will collaborate with Trade and Consumer clients, leveraging deep catalog knowledge to create bespoke luxury home solutions while contributing to efficient store operations, including product staging and logistics coordination from Wayfair's supply chain. Passion for luxury home design is essential, with responsibilities emphasizing sales performance, client prospecting, and seamless integration of warehouse-sourced inventory into retail experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Work with Trade and Consumer clients to design luxury home spaces
• Achieve sales targets to earn quarterly bonuses
