About the Role

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, implementing lean processes, analyzing KPIs to reduce costs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. With a salary range of $149,500-$161,000 plus restricted stock units, this position offers significant opportunities for impactful contributions to Wayfair's growing supply chain. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Perris, CA fulfillment center to ensure on-time deliveries
• Lead teams in improving warehouse efficiency and throughput
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
• Manage inventory accuracy and order fulfillment processes
• Collaborate with supply chain partners to optimize logistics network
• Implement safety protocols and maintain regulatory compliance
• Analyze performance metrics to reduce costs and speed up deliveries
• Mentor and develop operations supervisors and associates
• Monitor and report on key KPIs for fulfillment operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations management
• Proven track record in managing high-volume distribution centers
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Experience optimizing fulfillment processes for e-commerce
• Knowledge of lean operations and continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with safety and compliance standards in logistics

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Supply Chain Management
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment networks
• Previous leadership in Wayfair or similar high-growth logistics operations
