About the Role

Wayfair’s communications platform powers over 100 million daily messages to customers and suppliers worldwide via emails, push notifications, and SMS, with a critical focus on logistics and warehouse operations. The Senior Product Manager in the Search & Recommendations Department, based in Bangalore, India, will lead the development of a next-generation platform to enhance scale, resiliency, and precision in message delivery—ensuring timely notifications for supply chain events, order fulfillment, and warehouse coordination. This role demands close partnership with engineers, machine learning scientists, data analysts, and marketing to define the vision, prioritize the roadmap, and execute initiatives that optimize operational efficiency across Wayfair's global logistics network. Ideal candidates bring strong technical and analytical skills to tackle complex challenges in high-volume messaging systems tailored to warehouse and logistics contexts. Reporting to the team in a hybrid Bangalore schedule, the PM will drive product decisions that directly impact supplier communications, customer delivery updates, and internal operations, fostering resiliency in Wayfair's end-to-end supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Orchestrate next-generation communications platform for scale and resiliency
• Determine optimal message delivery to customers and suppliers via channels

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in tech platforms
• Experience working with engineering, ML scientists, and data science teams
• Strong technical skills and analytical expertise
• Proven ability to own roadmap prioritization and execution
• Experience in scalable messaging or communication platforms
• Ability to comply with hybrid work schedule in Bangalore
• Background in logistics communications or supply chain messaging systems
