About the Role

Wayfair's Scheduling & Routing team manages capacity planning for the last-mile delivery network, powering a complex system that optimizes routes, stops, and goods to maximize truck utilization and minimize cost per delivery. This Senior Product Manager role is pivotal in Wayfair's logistics ecosystem, ensuring seamless, efficient, and cost-effective deliveries for customers. The position focuses on warehouse-adjacent operations, including real-time routing adjustments, capacity forecasting, and integration with supply chain partners to handle high-volume e-commerce fulfillment. In this role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for scheduling and routing systems, directly aligning with Wayfair's broader supply chain goals. Collaborating closely with supply chain, operations, and engineering teams, you will uncover pain points in the logistics network—such as dynamic route optimization and delivery bottlenecks—and drive innovative solutions to enhance overall network performance. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap for scheduling and routing systems
• Align products with Wayfair's supply chain and logistics objectives
• Partner with supply chain, operations, and engineering teams
• Identify needs and pain points in the logistics network
• Continuously optimize routes, stops, and goods allocation
• Maximize truck utilization in last-mile delivery network
• Reduce cost per delivery through system improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in logistics or supply chain
• Deep understanding of last-mile delivery networks and routing optimization
• Experience developing product strategies for scheduling systems
• Proven track record partnering with supply chain and operations teams
• Strong analytical skills for optimizing truck utilization and delivery costs
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field
• Experience with complex logistics ecosystems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce logistics
• Knowledge of Wayfair's supply chain operations
• Advanced degree in Operations Research or similar
