About the Role

Wayfair is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Platforms in Bangalore, India, within the Product Management department to accelerate the development of its data platform stack. This role is pivotal in driving the enterprise-wide strategy to enhance the end-to-end user experience in Wayfair's data landscape, with a focus on warehouse, logistics, and operations. The Product Manager will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including software engineers, data scientists, product managers, business analysts, and senior leadership, to identify pain points, key business KPIs, and technical gaps specific to supply chain efficiency, inventory management, and customer/supplier delight. Key responsibilities include translating business and user needs into a comprehensive data platform that optimizes the entire data journey, particularly for logistics and operations at Wayfair's scale. By addressing warehouse-specific challenges like real-time inventory tracking, supplier data integration, and operational analytics, the role will advance Wayfair's ability to deliver seamless e-commerce experiences. This position requires strong product leadership to bridge technical and non-technical teams, ensuring the platform supports scalable growth in India's logistics hub. Key Responsibilities

• Accelerate development of Wayfair's data platform stack
• Drive enterprise-wide strategy for data landscape user experience
• Partner with technical stakeholders (software engineering, data scientists, PMs)
• Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders (business analysts, senior leadership)
• Identify Wayfair’s pain points, business KPIs, and technical gaps
• Develop platform encompassing end-to-end data journey
• Translate business/user needs into product requirements
• Advance capabilities to delight customers and suppliers
• Focus on logistics and supply chain data optimization
• Measure impact on warehouse and operations efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in data platforms
• Experience driving enterprise-wide data strategy
• Proven ability to partner with technical stakeholders (engineering, data scientists)
• Strong collaboration skills with non-technical stakeholders (business analysts, leadership)
• Deep understanding of end-to-end data journey and user experience
• Experience identifying business KPIs and technical gaps
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Track record of launching data platform products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce or logistics data platforms
• Advanced degree in Data Science or related field
• Prior work at Wayfair or similar scale tech company
