About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager for the Product Detail Page (PDP) at Wayfair, you will own one of the most critical surfaces in the shopping experience, where customers make final buying decisions. This hybrid role based in Boston requires in-office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. You will define and deliver a compelling, data-driven, personalized PDP that drives conversion across hundreds of millions of visits yearly, with a focus on integrating warehouse and logistics data for accurate inventory, shipping estimates, and fulfillment transparency to build customer confidence. Partnering closely with engineering, design, research, analytics, science, and category teams, you will execute a roadmap optimizing PDP for real-time operations insights, reducing cart abandonment tied to logistics uncertainties, and enhancing the overall path to purchase in Wayfair's supply chain ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Product Detail Page (PDP) experience for hundreds of millions of annual customer visits
  • Define and deliver data-driven, personalized PDP roadmap to boost confidence and conversion
  • Partner with engineering, design, research, analytics, science, and category/brand teams
  • Conduct customer research and analyze performance metrics to optimize buying decisions
  • Execute A/B tests and experiments to improve PDP performance
  • Collaborate on integrating logistics and inventory data into PDP for real-time availability
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on PDP features impacting warehouse fulfillment
  • Monitor and report on key metrics like conversion rate, bounce rate, and cart abandonment

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience in e-commerce or high-traffic consumer platforms
  • Proven track record of owning high-impact product surfaces driving conversion
  • Experience partnering with engineering, design, research, and analytics teams
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills with experience in A/B testing
  • Deep understanding of customer shopping behaviors and conversion optimization
  • Experience defining and executing product roadmaps
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
