About the Role

Wayfair is seeking a Software Engineer II in Full Stack Engineering, based in Bangalore, India, to join the Growth & Ad Platforms Engineering team. This role focuses on building a class-leading, data-centric technology platform that powers Wayfair's paid advertising, optimizing operations across the largest custom e-commerce large parcel network in the US, spanning 1.6 million square meters of logistics space. The inherently variable logistics ecosystem demands flexible, reliable, and resilient systems to ensure efficient operations, scalability for marketing efforts reaching hundreds of millions of consumers, and driving billions in annual revenue. Candidates will develop full stack solutions to enhance Wayfair's logistics and advertising infrastructure, complying with a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities include creating scalable platforms that handle the complexities of large parcel e-commerce, ensuring seamless integration with warehouse and operations systems for optimal performance and growth.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2-4 years of software engineering experience
• Experience with full stack development
• Ability to work hybrid schedule in Bangalore, India
• Strong problem-solving skills in variable logistics ecosystems
• Experience building scalable data-centric platforms
• Knowledge of e-commerce logistics networks
• Proficiency in handling large-scale parcel operations
