About the Role

This role on the Growth & Ad Platforms Engineering team focuses on building flexible, reliable, and resilient systems to manage the highly variable logistics ecosystem, ensuring efficient operations across warehouses and delivery networks. Candidates must adhere to a hybrid work schedule. The team develops class-leading, data-centric technology platforms that power Wayfair's paid advertising, reaching hundreds of millions of consumers and generating billions in annual revenue. Engineers will optimize and scale marketing efforts while integrating with core logistics functions to handle large parcel fulfillment seamlessly.
