About the Role

Wayfair is seeking a Software Engineer III for the Supply Chain Retail Technology team in Bangalore, India, focusing on the company's vast 1.6 million square meters of logistics space forming the largest custom e-commerce large parcel network in the US. This hybrid role within Full Stack Engineering joins the Fulfillment Optimization team, tasked with building platforms that intelligently route customer orders to optimize profitability while ensuring customer delight. The work addresses the inherent variability of Wayfair's logistics ecosystem, demanding flexible, reliable, and resilient backend systems to manage warehouse operations and supply chain efficiency effectively. Key efforts center on enhancing and scaling customer-facing platforms that power order fulfillment across Wayfair's dynamic network. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

• Proven track record in optimizing fulfillment processes
