About the Role

Wayfair is seeking a Software Engineer III for the Supply Chain Retail Technology team in Bangalore, India, focusing on the company's vast 1.6 million square meters of logistics space that powers the largest custom e-commerce large parcel network in the United States. This role joins the Fulfillment Optimization team, building backend platforms that intelligently determine customer order fulfillment to maximize Wayfair's profitability while ensuring customer delight. The position emphasizes creating flexible, reliable, and resilient systems to handle the highly variable nature of Wayfair's logistics ecosystem. Candidates will enhance and scale customer-facing platforms critical to warehouse operations, supply chain efficiency, and retail fulfillment. Based in Bangalore with hybrid work requirements, the engineer will contribute to core operations technology that supports seamless large parcel delivery, inventory management, and order routing across Wayfair's expansive network.
