About the Role

Wayfair is seeking a Specialist, Safety & Security Intelligence to join the Global Safety and Security Team, reporting to the Boston office 5 days a week from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This role focuses on innovating, improving, and executing safety and security initiatives within the company's warehouse, logistics, and operations ecosystem, supporting a rapidly growing eCommerce platform in furniture and home goods. The position is ideal for professionals driven to enhance operational safety in fulfillment centers and supply chain environments. Successful candidates bring experience in Environmental Health & Safety, security intelligence, or related fields, with a willingness to develop multi-disciplinary skills. Key emphasis is placed on thriving in fast-paced settings, collaborating across Finance & Legal and operations teams, and contributing to best-in-class safety standards that protect warehouse logistics and global supply chains. Key Responsibilities

• Innovate and improve Safety and Security initiatives for warehouse and logistics operations
• Execute on global safety programs in fast-paced eCommerce environment
• Conduct risk assessments for supply chain and fulfillment centers
• Develop and implement security intelligence strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational safety
• Monitor and report on safety compliance in logistics facilities
• Support 5-day on-site presence in Boston office for coordination
• Drive continuous improvement in warehouse health and safety standards
