This position focuses on warehouse, logistics, and operations excellence by owning the casegoods category, managing key supplier relationships across Asia, and driving strategic decisions that impact inventory flow, fulfillment efficiency, and bottom-line results. The role demands building robust supplier partnerships to ensure seamless logistics from sourcing to warehouse delivery, optimizing operations for Wayfair's Asia market expansion. Key responsibilities include defining category goals, executing tactical plans for supply chain optimization, and collaborating with internal teams on warehouse management, on-time delivery metrics, and cost efficiencies. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in Asia logistics networks to problem-solve operational challenges, analyze performance data, and advance business agendas in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Asia-based suppliers for casegoods category
• Define and execute category strategy to optimize warehouse inventory and logistics flow
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on supply chain operations and fulfillment
• Monitor and manage key business metrics including on-time delivery and inventory turnover
• Problem-solve logistics bottlenecks to ensure efficient product flow to Wayfair Asia markets
• Negotiate supplier contracts focusing on cost, quality, and delivery performance
• Analyze supplier performance data to drive operational improvements
• Coordinate with warehouse teams on casegoods storage, picking, and shipping processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in category management, procurement, or supplier relations in eCommerce or retail
• Strong understanding of Asia supply chain and logistics networks
• Experience managing warehouse operations and inventory for furniture or casegoods
• Proficiency in data analysis for logistics optimization
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• Proven track record in driving operational efficiency in global supply chains

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Wayfair or similar eCommerce platforms in Asia
• Knowledge of international freight forwarding and customs logistics
• MBA or advanced degree in Operations Management
