About the Role

Wayfair is seeking a passionate Staff Software Engineer for the Reliability & Developer Experience Platforms team in Bangalore, India, with a focus on full stack engineering. This role is pivotal in shaping strategies for reliability, observability, and platform insights across Wayfair's distributed systems, particularly those supporting warehouse, logistics, and operations at massive scale. The engineer will build 'Platform as a Product' offerings and lead enablement initiatives to empower teams building highly reliable systems for e-commerce fulfillment and supply chain efficiency. In this position, you will drive the engineering organization's ability to operate efficient logistics platforms, leveraging broad-reaching technologies to enhance warehouse operations and delivery networks.
