Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for managing and resolving supplier disputes related to payment deductions and service charges
• Conduct comprehensive end-to-end investigations of supplier claims across Customer Service, Finance, Freight, and Supply Chain records
• Make well-reasoned, fair, and accurate assessments and final rulings on disputes
• Ensure operational consistency in claims resolutions to minimize financial loss
• Maintain positive relationships with global suppliers through effective communication
• Analyze order journeys in warehouse and logistics operations to identify root causes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in freight and supply chain to validate claims
• Track and report on claims trends to improve logistics processes
• Support supplier onboarding and compliance in operations support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in supplier management, claims processing, or operations support
• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes
• Experience handling payment disputes and financial reconciliations
• Proficiency in data analysis and investigation of operational records
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global operations environment
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce logistics or freight operations
• Knowledge of Wayfair's supply chain systems
• Prior exposure to global supplier relationships
