About the Role

The Supply Chain Support Associate role, based in Shanghai, China, within Wayfair’s Operations Support department, focuses on warehouse and logistics integrations for global suppliers. As part of the Global Partner Support (GPS) Integration Team, the associate manages end-to-end processes including API/EDI setup, testing, and enablement for key programs like CastleGate, Dropship, B2B, and Multichannel, ensuring seamless connectivity for Asia-based suppliers to Wayfair's fulfillment networks. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to collaborate with cross-functional teams across North America, Europe, and Asia, resolving technical issues and coordinating logistics setups for efficient warehouse operations and supply chain expansion. The role emphasizes timely integrations to support Wayfair's e-commerce growth, partnering with internal tech and operations groups to deliver optimized supplier performance in dropship and multichannel logistics. This position is pivotal in Wayfair's logistics ecosystem, driving supplier onboarding that enhances global inventory flow, reduces fulfillment delays, and scales operations support for high-volume warehouse and distribution needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supplier integrations from API/EDI setup and testing
• Coordinate program enablement for CastleGate, Dropship, B2B, and Multichannel
• Support Asia-based suppliers in integrating with Wayfair's global systems
• Resolve technical issues in supply chain setups
• Collaborate with North America and Europe teams on logistics coordination
• Partner with internal tech and operations teams for smooth integrations
• Ensure timely supplier onboarding for warehouse and fulfillment efficiency
• Monitor and optimize dropship and multichannel logistics flows

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Mandarin
• Based in China (Shanghai location)
• Experience in supply chain or supplier integration
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in North America and Europe
• Understanding of Asia-based supplier operations
• Availability for coordinating global logistics integrations
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
