Key Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation of People Strategy aligned with organizational goals, focusing on warehouse and logistics teams
  • Partner with local business leaders to translate strategic needs into actionable talent plans
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and processes for operations and supply chain managers
  • Maintain regular touchpoints with employees in assigned business groups including fulfillment centers
  • Own interpretation and application of HR policies to resolve issues swiftly
  • Drive action planning to enhance organizational performance in logistics operations
  • Support talent initiatives across the employee lifecycle in high-volume warehouse environments
  • Collaborate with leaders to enable performance in Wayfair's China supply chain

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR business partnering experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep knowledge of China labor laws and HR regulations
  • Experience supporting warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
  • Proven track record in talent strategy implementation
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce or retail logistics sectors
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP)
  • Prior work with international teams in supply chain
  • Masters degree in HR or related field
