Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Supervisors, Associates/Specialists, and Driver Partners in Austin, TX terminal
• Assume full responsibility for safety protocols and compliance
• Optimize customer experience through faster deliveries and specialized services

• Maintain high standards of delivery quality and minimize damage rates
• Manage operational costs while scaling the home delivery network

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or transportation management
• Proven leadership experience managing teams in delivery operations
• Strong knowledge of home delivery and last-mile logistics

• Track record of improving operational efficiency and cost management
• Familiarity with Wayfair's logistics network and customer delivery standards
• Ability to manage multiple supervisors and driver partners
