About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Supervisors, Associates/Specialists, and Driver Partners
• Assume full responsibility for safety in Home Delivery Operations Terminal
• Ensure exceptional customer experience through timely and damage-free deliveries
• Manage employee experience, including hiring, training, and development
• Oversee quality control in delivery processes
• Control operational costs and optimize terminal efficiency
• Drive improvements in delivery speed and specialized services
• Collaborate on building Wayfair's best-in-class logistics network
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics for the terminal
• Identify growth opportunities within Wayfair's 5-year expansion plans

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations management
• Proven track record in leading delivery operations
• Experience managing teams of supervisors, associates, and drivers
• Strong knowledge of home delivery logistics and supply chain
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
• Experience with safety protocols in terminal operations
• Ability to manage P&L and operational costs
• Familiarity with Wayfair's logistics network and customer delivery standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment and last-mile delivery
• Previous leadership in high-volume warehouse terminals
• Certification in logistics management (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma)
• Knowledge of Northeast US delivery regulations
