Key Responsibilities

• Assess loading quality of truckloads in middle mile network, including utilization, load securement, and packaging damage
• Build strong partnerships with fulfillment teams to drive improvements in loading practices
• Communicate directly with truckload and small parcel carriers
• Execute repeatable and scalable transportation processes
• Monitor and ensure reliable delivery from suppliers to customers
• Identify and report issues in load securement and packaging
• Collaborate with Wayfair's Transportation Execution team
• Support fastest and most convenient delivery options for home goods

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or warehouse operations
• Ability to work Mon-Fri 5pm-1:30am shift
• Physical ability to assess truckloads and inspect packaging
• Strong attention to detail for load quality evaluation
• Valid driver's license or transportation industry certification
• Experience with middle mile network operations
