Associates work rotating shifts such as Wednesday-Saturday 6am-4pm, Sunday-Wednesday 6am-4pm, or Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 6am-4:30pm, with base pay of $23.75 per hour plus benefits starting Day 1. Key Responsibilities

• Support Wayfair Delivery Network operations from suppliers to warehouses and customers
• Execute end-to-end delivery processes for transparent and reliable service
• Handle logistical tasks during assigned shifts (e.g., 6am - 4pm or 4:30pm)
• Contribute to exception-free delivery experiences
• Utilize data and process-driven management in daily operations

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work Wednesday - Saturday 6am - 4pm shift
• Ability to work Sunday - Wednesday 6am - 4pm shift
• Ability to work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6am - 4:30pm shift
• Reliable attendance for early morning shifts starting at 6am
• Physical ability to perform warehouse transportation tasks
