Key Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory efficiently
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately using handheld scanners
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy
• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe operation
• Follow standard operating procedures for inbound and outbound logistics
• Collaborate with team to meet daily processing quotas
• Identify and report safety hazards or equipment issues
• Assist in organizing warehouse layout for optimal flow
• Process returns and quality checks on inbound shipments

Required Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks
• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Availability for flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime
• Strong adherence to safety protocols and procedures
• Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation to Jacksonville, FL facility
