Key Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse associates during Wednesday-Saturday 6am-4:30pm shift
• Oversee daily operations to ensure high delivery standards and minimal damage
• Monitor inventory accuracy and order fulfillment processes
• Drive team performance to improve customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance in the Austin facility
• Coordinate with logistics network for efficient deliveries

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced distribution environment
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Familiarity with safety regulations and OSHA standards
• Ability to work Wednesday-Saturday 6am-4:30pm shift
• Strong organizational skills for inventory and order fulfillment

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment centers
