About the Role

Wayfair is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Cranbury, New Jersey, to join its Distribution team and support a best-in-class logistics network. This role is pivotal in maintaining high delivery standards, reducing damage, and speeding up fulfillment in physical, asset-based warehouses to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business. The position involves leading operations in a fast-paced environment, focusing on furniture and home goods distribution from the Cranbury facility. Reporting to warehouse management, the supervisor will oversee overnight shifts (Wed-Sat 5pm-3:30am), manage teams of associates, ensure inventory accuracy, and implement process improvements specific to Wayfair's e-commerce model. Responsibilities include enforcing safety protocols, monitoring key performance indicators, and collaborating across the logistics network to delight customers with reliable, efficient service. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and team performance
• Ensure high delivery standards and minimal damage rates

• Lead a team of associates on overnight shifts (Wed-Sat 5pm-3:30am)
• Drive process improvements to speed up deliveries

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of warehouse supervisory experience
• Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong knowledge of warehouse safety protocols
• Experience with inventory management systems
• Ability to work overnight shifts (Wed-Sat 5pm-3:30am)
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain
