Key Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse associates to ensure efficient operations and high delivery standards
• Oversee daily shift activities in picking, packing, and shipping processes
• Monitor performance metrics to improve customer satisfaction and reduce damage
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance in the warehouse
• Coordinate with logistics teams to speed up deliveries and optimize inventory
• Manage multiple open shifts and team scheduling
• Drive continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency
• Train and develop team members for repeat business growth
• Handle inventory control and quality assurance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced distribution environment
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Familiarity with safety regulations and OSHA standards
• Ability to work multiple shifts including nights and weekends
• Strong organizational skills for inventory and order fulfillment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment centers
• Lean Six Sigma certification
• Prior experience with asset-based warehouse networks
