Key Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse associates to ensure efficient operations and high delivery standards
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics processes to minimize damage and speed up deliveries
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching in a fast-paced environment
• Manage inventory accuracy and order fulfillment across multiple shifts
• Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance in Wayfair's distribution centers
• Drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics network
• Handle staffing, scheduling, and training for warehouse personnel
• Analyze operational metrics to reduce costs and improve efficiency

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced distribution environment
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Familiarity with safety regulations and OSHA standards
• Ability to work multiple shifts including nights and weekends
• Strong organizational skills for inventory and order fulfillment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment centers
• Lean Six Sigma certification
• Previous experience with asset-based warehouse networks
