Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse functions including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet performance targets
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency to speed up deliveries and reduce damage
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
• Manage inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts
• Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize delivery schedules
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in fulfillment processes
• Handle associate training, performance reviews, and scheduling
• Resolve operational issues to uphold customer satisfaction standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced distribution environment
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Familiarity with safety regulations and OSHA standards
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
• Strong organizational skills for inventory and order fulfillment

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment centers
