This position offers base pay starting at $22.00 per hour plus a $2.00 per hour SEO premium when applicable. Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse associates in daily operations
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics processes
• Ensure high standards for order accuracy and picking/packing
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct cycle counts
• Drive process improvements to reduce damage and speed deliveries
• Train and coach team members on safety and performance
• Coordinate with distribution network for efficient asset utilization
• Maintain warehouse organization and 5S standards
• Report on key metrics like throughput and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience

• Basic computer literacy for inventory systems

Preferred Qualifications
