This position offers $20/hr base pay, plus $2.50/hr SEO incentives when applicable and $1.50/hr for night shifts (6PM-6AM), compensating for leadership in a fast-paced, asset-based warehouse environment focused on speeding up deliveries, adding services, and minimizing damage. The role emphasizes maintaining high delivery standards to boost customer satisfaction and repeat business within Wayfair's expanding logistics network. As a Team Lead, you will guide hard-working associates in core warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, order picking, packing, and outbound shipping, while fostering a collaborative atmosphere. Responsibilities include overseeing inventory accuracy, enforcing safety protocols, and driving operational efficiencies specific to Wayfair's physical warehouses. Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse associates to meet daily operational goals
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics processes
• Ensure high standards for order accuracy and picking/packing
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
• Drive improvements in delivery speed and damage reduction
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Train and develop team members on warehouse procedures
• Coordinate night shift operations between 6PM-6AM
• Collaborate with distribution network to enhance customer satisfaction
