Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse associates to meet daily operational goals
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics processes to ensure timely deliveries
• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free warehouse environment
• Drive process improvements to reduce damage and speed up fulfillment
• Coordinate with distribution network for asset-based warehouse operations
• Train and develop team members on Wayfair standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
