About the Role

Wayfair is seeking a Warehouse Terminal Supervisor for its onsite location in San Leandro, California, to oversee daily operations in a Monday-Friday shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. This role is pivotal in the Wayfair Distribution team, which builds and maintains a best-in-class logistics network using physical, asset-based warehouses to enhance customer experience in furniture and home goods delivery. The supervisor will ensure high delivery standards, speed up shipments, add services, and minimize damage to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business in a fast-paced environment.
